1. The association is not statistically robust,
2. The remnant is unlikely to be a long-lived neutron star; instead, likely a black hole.

Why on earth have I just found out about Matplotlib constrained layouts - matplotlib.org/stable/users/e…? All your subplots with no overlapping titles, ticks, xlabels etc. So useful and works nicely with plt.subplot_mosaic.
