Our government has issued a decision that enables the conversion of driving licenses issued by illegal Serbian institutions in Kosova to those issued by the institutions of the Republic of Kosova. The process is simple and straightforward, fostering cohesion in everyday life.

After meeting with QUINT and EU ambassadors, I also met with 🇳🇱🇸🇪🇧🇪 & 🇫🇮 ambassadors regarding Kosova's accession to Council of Europe. I expressed my gratitude for their value based and unconditional support throughout the membership process & in line with PACE recommendation.

A pleasure to meet w/ the Executive Director of the Tony Blair Institute for Global Change Ryan Wain. We discussed the ways 🇽🇰's democracy has grown, the social justice & intl solidarity values guiding us & ways to collaborate like using the power of technology for the people.

Today, 75 years ago, the Council of Europe – the continent's leading human rights organization – was founded. This year marks the recognition of 🇽🇰 as a country meeting the criteria to join, signifying the strength of our democracy, rule of law, and our shared responsibility to human rights.

On this World Press Freedom Day, we want to acknowledge the effort it takes to shine a light on the truth in a time of great & weaponized disinformation. Our govt is open & willing to address the concerns of the media and work towards a more transparent and pluralistic landscape.

Between approving the first minimum-wage increase in 11 yrs, tripling labor inspections and subsidizing businesses to hire women & youth, ours is the most pro-worker Govt in 🇽🇰 history. On this Labor Day, let us resolve to continue fighting for the rights of all working citizens.

A fruitful mtg w/ Deputy Mayors Ađančić, Tomanić & Bogojević—from 3 municipalities in the north of 🇽🇰—to discuss mechanisms of inter-municipal cooperation to improve citizen services. All of us agreed that joining Council of Europe is a vital step to serve the interests of all 🇽🇰 communities.

Yesterday we handed out apartment keys to 34 families, providing new homes to 83 citizens from non-majority groups who previously lived in community centers. We continue taking concrete steps to ensure access to decent housing for all—a bedrock on which to build a dignified life.

Kosova has received its first sovereign credit rating of BB– from Fitch Ratings. This rating confirms our improved fiscal stability, GDP growth, and a decrease in public debt. It will serve as Kosova's passport for attracting even more foreign investment to our country.

Along with 🇺🇸 Millennium Challenge, today we launched the largest energy investment in our country in decades. Through the Compact Program, 🇽🇰 will have the largest per capita battery capacity in the world, reducing our reliance on electricity imports and aiding our clean-energy transition.
