Il est important que les jeunes jouent un rôle majeur dans la stabilisation de la paix et de la bonne gouvernance de la Corne de l'Afrique. Ils doivent trouver et de promouvoir des moyens créatifs de promouvoir la paix et la sécurité , quels que soient les défis à relever.
