8 months of Washington asking “what’s the plan?” has served to obscure the fact that “the plan” is exactly what we see: death, displacement, starvation, revenge. And then more of that. Our foreign policy priesthood is incapable of acknowledging this.

Straight up disinformation. 24,686 are the number of dead bodies that have been successfully identified. The total number of 34,844 (not including ~10,000 missing) includes corpses that unfortunately cannot be identified at the moment because they are mangled beyond recognition.

We have greater access to information, images and technology than they had in 1982 and plenty of journalists are on the ground. The failure of media coverage is not about lack of access.

Giving Israel every single thing it wanted for 7 months bought Biden exactly zero goodwill from Israel supporters, and meanwhile the left will never forgive him. Terrific work.

Two big takeaways:

1) More unexploded missiles and bombs have fallen in Gaza than anywhere in the world since at least the Second World War.

2) Ukrainian frontline is 600 mi long, and Gaza frontline is 25 mi long. There’s more rubble—37m tons—in Gaza than in Ukraine.
