And then let them come up with the how and the when.

And most importantly - do not become an obstacle for them achieving the what.

Change that sticks takes time.

Because it requires a change in the mindset.

Rather than imposing changes focus on the why do you need the change

It is better to slowly learn something new that brings the value than to do something you know well but which nobody needs

Ideas are easy

Assumptions are harder

Actual hypothesis that could be measured and quickly executed on - are the hardest
