Testing of mud by #UQ researchers has revealed up to 7000 tonnes of microplastics could be polluting Brisbane’s Moreton Bay.
Elvis Dartey Okoffo (PhD) says the main plastics he found were polyethylene (PE) and polyvinyl chloride (PVC).
