A senior level delegation of the World Bank met with Dr. Ahmed Qazi, Secretary Transport & Masstransit Punjab on 8.5.24. Matters concerning E-Vehicles,smog reduction, road safety, non-motorized transport, train service to Murree & new masstransit systems were discussed.

Dr. Waseem, Director TPU of Transport & Masstransit Department, led the Punjab team in an international seminar on E Vehicles in LUMS Lahore. He also presented the major eco-friendly initiatives of the Punjab Government.

The display of Bikes at the Anarkali Metro Train Station, Lahore continues....

To create awareness about the 20,000 Bikes Scheme of the Punjab Govt. for Students, a display of such Bikes has been arranged at the Anarkali Orange Line Metro Station, Lhr.

1,000 E-Bikes & 19,000 Petrol Bikes shall be given to Students after E-balloting.
