Sam Boakye, Thane Murray, and Shane Stanford. All 3 of these men were beloved community workers who were gunned down by cowards. Killed in the same neighbourhoods they were trying to uplift.

The UK Firearms Act 1920 specifically assumed that anyone who legally owned a firearm could carry it. And no, they do not mean simply 'transporting'. This was normalised behaviour back in the day, and it was only much later that personal protection was no longer 'good reason'.

Can anyone who is from the prairie provinces give me some context in why Calgary has a lot less gun crime than Edmonton?

Is anyone else having a hard time finding the stats for total gun homicides in Canada for the year 2023? I can only find up until 2022.
