Temporary staff in the NHS. What a fantastic opportunity to improve your processes via outside experiences. Only one problem - who can tell them what the process is. Opportunity lost! Shame.

Why are the NHS now starting to talk about Continuous Improvement (CI)? The NHS do Quality Improvement (QI) and not CI. They are not the same according to Juran and it's Juran that is often quoted by the NHS. Can someone please explain?
