The passage of FIT 21 proves there is strong, bipartisan support in Congress for creating a regulatory framework for the crypto industry.
Congratulations Patrick McHenry, Glenn "GT" Thompson, French Hill, Rep. Dusty Johnson, Tom Emmer& Warren Davidson 🇺🇸 on this momentous vote.
History. #FIT21

Crypto is here to stay Elizabeth Warren, you've lost. Your own party is seeing past your dumb anti-crypto army horseshit. Take your gimp gary and gtfo.
Interesting side note here: Dem U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission Commissioner Jaime Lizárraga worked as Nancy Pelosi’s financial policy advisor for ten years.
Lizárraga has typically voted against crypto during his time at the SEC.
Pelosi voted in favor of crypto today.
HUGE WIN FOR CRYPTO! BIG LOSS FOR CORRUPT Elizabeth Warren AND SCUMBAG REGULATOR Gary Gensler
There are problems in the digital asset space. Later today, the House will pass my bill that will deliver real solutions. #FIT21

#FIT21 would:
✔ Require digital asset developers to provide accurate and critical disclosures to consumers
✔ Determine specific responsibilities of federal regulators
✔ Specify which digital asset transactions are under the jurisdiction of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission and of the CFTC
