Isn't it a bit sad that businesses have to be told that 'Authenticity' is a trend before they'll say, 'Hey, maybe we should be more authentic??'

When I look back at many of the difficult decisions I've made in business, oftentimes I would say I was 'confused' or 'stuck.' But the truth is, in hindsight, I almost always knew the answer, it was just that the right answer was also the *uncomfortable* answer.
