AI discourse is like groundhog day. AI companies make absurd claim, skeptics point out it's obviously false, AI boosters flip out defending absurd claim.... then two months later AI companies are like 'lol JK before but THIS TIME it's true!' rinse repeat.

I mean men also sing songs about being sad in high school well into their 30s. It's called emo.
