Thanks to the seven members from the Tadburn Conservation volunteers attended a general site maintenance day at Tadburn Meadows last week.

They worked hard finding and exposing drainage pipes around the site, clearing them of roots, mud and dead plant matter.

Last weekend Friends of The Park carried out sycamore clearance at Valley Park.
Sycamore is a non-native, invasive tree which quickly colonises an area and can outcompete native plants. Controlling it means a wider diversity of plants in the woodland, benefitting wildlife.
