Today, the Fiji NDMO convened an inception meeting alongside key stakeholders & UN Partners to kick-start the development of 🇫🇯's Multi-hazard #EarlyWarning system. This collaboration is a crucial step forward in bolstering the country’s resilience to various hazards.

The Fiji NDMO team attended a training on Information Knowledge Management (IKM) facilitated by Rashmi Rita from United Nations OCHA Office of the Pacific Islands today. IKM contributes to informed decision-making & enhances disaster management.

✅Our joint Govt team currently deployed on a 5-day humanitarian mission aboard the HMNZ Manawanui have reached Vatulele.
