Since angel-kat got us this chili crisp cookbook thingy, I decided to make my first chili crisp. Lots of different pepper flakes, green onions, garlic, gochujang, oils. I had everything already (except enough Aleppo pepper flakes). Turned out amazing. Great flavor/umami. Wow

Home. And I’m taking a day off tomorrow. First day off since January when I took the LSAT thingy. So much gardening (which autocorrect changed to ‘hate dining’ so let’s go with that, shall we). So much hate dining to do. Picking eggplants and cooking them is a big deal.
