It was great to celebrate the groundbreaking of O'Hare Intl. Airport's T3 improvements today—an investment made possible in part by the $90 million Senator Dick Durbin and I helped secure in the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law.

Five years ago, on Earth Day, I helped launch the Senate's first-ever Environmental Justice Caucus to help ensure no one is left behind as we build a cleaner future.
