The first demonstration accommodation site for Gypsy/Travellers has opened in Clinterty, Aberdeen.
The site, delivered by Aberdeen City Council and supported by a £3.1 million @ScotGov Gypsy/Traveller Accommodation Fund grant, provides residents with more space and modern facilities.
First Minister Humza Yousaf has announced £80 million to boost affordable housing supply.
The funds will allow properties to be brought into use as affordable housing, helping tackle homelessness and reduce time spent in temporary accommodation.

.Paul McLennan - MSP for East Lothian visited One Parent Families Scotland as Scottish Government announced a £6.8 million increase to Discretionary Housing Payments to help mitigate UK Government policies like the bedroom tax and benefit cap.
Single parents shared how the support helped them into accommodation and pay their bills.
The first phase of Scotland’s Migration Service has been launched.
Migration Minister Emma Roddick said the service will help migrants feel welcome and encourage them to stay for the long term, as well as supporting businesses.
