Found myself forced to switch off #JeremyVine today after a former police officer and “expert” told the listeners that we don’t care, have handed the streets back to criminals and only want to be social workers. This is apparently the fault of senior officers.

I mean, what? 🤦🏼‍♂️

Made the most of the lighter evenings and got out for a walk in the country after work today. Spending a lot of my day sitting at my desk or in meetings I really need to get moving and blow off some steam after work…🥾
