New oil is fabulous. We used to take the first 100 mils of oil out of the press and go to BL and pour it over bone in ribeye and dip the French bread in it. A real November treat

I am sure every winery on the tour will have some or at least some coming from the new harvest

Our local Italian market and wine store had Fontodi oil last year. Might need to see if they still do as it was a pretty good price

Our local Publix will not even stock prime beef as no one will buy it anymore

I have never been and I really don’t know how restaurants are going to survive given the current mentality. It’s even worse after just returning from Tuscany
