We managed to secure $2 million to make improvements to aging rental units and maintain affordable rents in Jeffco. These funds will help fulfill an aspect of City of Wheat Ridge's Affordable Housing Action Plan!
I met some wonderful student artists at our Congressional Art Competition reception last weekend Red Rocks Community College.
100 students from 13 different schools submitted artwork this year! It's no surprise that the most naturally beautiful state in the country inspires so many young artists.
