Indeed, the Talmud records numerous opinions on many issues, often without settling it. In one passage, God addresses a debate and says both opinions are the word of God, before declaring which view is right. The point is it sanctified the minority voice as having validity.

This is a great new survey of Cdn attitudes towards & . Highlights:
- Vast majority of Cdns view Jews positively (despite the surge in hate crime incidents)
- Views of Israel are more mixed
- More neg views of Jews & Israel exist among Muslims, the young & Quebecois

Because good news never goes viral on here: the final Friday prayers this Ramadan passed peacefully in Jerusalem. Hundreds of thousands of Muslims worshipped at Al-Aqsa over the course of the month. Spoiler actors did not succeed in provoking violence. None of this was a given.
