I'm currently creating a US-themed gift package for friends I've made in Japan.

Any idea what I should put in it? I already thought of $2 bills, beef jerkey, Twinkies, and little American flags, but I'm wanting to put more in.

Acting as though you're too good to eat at McDonald's throws up more red flags for me than a Chinese military parade.

I get it. There are better restaurants, but dunking on a restaurant chain and the people who eat there as if you're leagues above them is scummy behavior.
