This miserable excuse of a Judge is apparently allowing the jury to apply the standard of evidence used in a civil trial: A ‘preponderance of evidence’, not the standard required in a criminal trial: ‘Guilt beyond a reasonable doubt.’ In and of itself, this is reversible.
