Mondrian class are enjoying the Easter provision this week!🐣

Year 1 & 2 have finished publishing their newspaper article based on their core text Paddington. This half term they have explored making vehicles, sandwiches and even designed shelters and umbrellas for Paddington. They have been fantastic learners, well done!

Van Gogh class learning about multiplication. They have explored using arrays to help them make link with division also. The children are also using bead strings to help them count in 2s, 5s ad 10s.

EYFS had fun at the garden party this afternoon! We enjoyed picnic food with our friends and planted our own sunflower seeds to look after at home. The Inspire Partnership

In Wiltshire Class today, we enjoyed doing some illusion art.

In Mondrian class this week, we have loved learning all about subtraction stories and using our knowledge to apply this during independent learning time.

This week in Wiltshire, we have been writing about Greek heroes. We learnt how to write extended similes and metaphors then created descriptions of our heroes using them. We then analysed the language choices we had made and why we thought they were effective.

Today in Picasso Class we continued our work on different texture techniques and used cut out collage shapes to create landscapes

Picasso Class are celebrating a birthday today. Happy 11th Birthday MA.
