This is very interesting and could add an important number of patient who are being exclucded from IV thrombolysis in so many centers around the world.

#ESOC2024 has officially started! First on the agenda is the #PROMOTE RCT which aimed to assess the feasibility of polypill in primary care. Lower SBP, DBP and LDL (p for interaction <.001) in the polypill group! Great example of an RCT in primary care units! @VoiceOfStroke
