In honor of former Ohio Adjutant General Richard C. Alexander, the flags shall be flown at half-staff at the Ohio Statehouse, Riffe Center & Rhodes Tower from sunrise to sunset on May 30. Public buildings may fly the flags at half-staff for the same time period.
