In all my years of nursing we’ve never once had a stressed or tearful conversation in the nursing office about ideology.

But we have had those conversations about feeling exhausted & burnt out, feeling unsafe for ourselves & our patients due to dangerously low staffing, and PAY.

🚨 THIS IS NOT A REAL PROBLEM 🚨

If you’d like to talk about what NHS staff actually need, we’re all waiting.

No NHS staff are tiptoeing around ideology. They have been caring for patients non stop.

The Tories are trying to blame the poor staff morale on vulnerable groups rather than accepting it is due to underfunding, wage cuts and terrible government.

Shame on them.
