believe it or not things do still happen in real life too lmao. if u make great music & smash ur shows u can still blow up by word of mouth. sammy is a great example - barely posts on social media & is one of the biggest dance acts around atm cos he’s just amazing at what he does

i hate complaining about the algorithm but mate i just do not have it in me to give a shit about engagement anymore it’s too soul destroying to get your hopes up every time about posting some work just to barely reach 5% of your audience, it’s much nicer just not caring at all
