It is idiotic to describe ULEZ as authoritarian. Sadiq Khan just won an election because Londoners decided ULEZ wasn’t the threat to freedom that right-wing commentators and Conservatives claimed.
I am afraid that Rishi Sunak needs to stop telling these fibs. Oil and natural gas from the North Sea is sold at international market rates. It does not cut consumer bills.
