Week 2 of Moving on Up Transition programme at Glebe primary, Loudon Montgomery Primary, and Greenwood Academy we focused on toolkits to manage our big emotions and being kinder to ourselves 💭🗣🤩

Project Delivery Officer Vicki along with sessional worker Finlay and MA Amy will be woking in Trindlemoss with young people aged 18-25, today we looked at What is Mental Health, what our emotions might look like on our bodies and finished with some mindfulness, what a great day

MHWB worker Vicki will be supporting the Irvine Locality Transition Moving on Up 4 week programme, today at Glebe and Loudon Montgomery Primary schools and a session at Greenwood academy with parents, we looked at worries, goals and used charades to look at emotions 😊🧠

This week with our Take Time Families group we welcomed back Eva and mum 😀 we looked at our superhero boards adding some rules and positive affirmations then Eva and Vicki practiced some yoga 🧘‍♀️ ❤️

Our final session with St. Winning's Primary School Primary 6 pupils with the Bee You Ambassadors Ambassadors Bounce Back Programme, we looked at some self care and mindfulness then finished off with our Certificates presentation, what a pleasure it has been to work with this group 😀 Well Done 👏

We had some great conversations today with youth work friends and youth ambassadors from East Renfrewshire & South Ayrshire Council who came to watch and learn about our Joint Cabinet Live. How fantastic would it be to see this model rolled out across Scotland 📢 🗣️

This week at Take Time Families we played Emotionopoly, we looked at our feelings and we said goodbye to our Modern Apprentice Chloe who has been a key part of this group throughout her Apprenticeship, Chloe is off to start a new chapter and we wish her the very best 🤩👏
