Sometimes, interpreting jing-jang, mish-mashy Doppler velocity fields can be challenging. In those moments, I prefer to switch to 3D mode, select high elevations, and focus on identifying the shear patterns. And if nothing else, it tends to be simply beautiful.

⚡️📡Yesterday's showers and storms were dynamic in the Czech Republic. One of them even rotated weakly. We attach a detailed measurement of this shower from our MASEC weather radar, which we successfully installed a few days ago near Prague.

One of the most significant weather situations that our radar at Hochficht caught last year, was the supercell that merged with the bow echo. The system was then classified as a derecho, with a length of almost 800 km.
