The 239 MPs voting 'No' represented 14,268,008 voters.

No majority = 2,532,202

Make Votes Matter The absurdities of the English local election voting system can basically be summed up by the fact that, in 2023, the Tories won 29% of the vote in the Vale of the White Horse and won 0 seats, while 30% of the vote in Wyre Forest won them 60% of the seats. Utterly mad.
