I don't go to fast food much at all but Burger 81 makes an olive burger that is pretty good. Here is my upgrade on their burger.
Two smash burgers, with blue cheese in-between, sauce is mayo, manzanilla and castelvetrano olives, shallot and garlic, yum!

My indulgence when I visit my sister in OK is chicken fried steak. I made this one in the air fryer instead of frying in oil and gravy was made w/2% milk iso whole. Not exactly diet food, but it hits the spot!

Never had a Chick- fil-A . So I tried one, I hated the sandwich, but the chicken cutlet was tasty. Thought it would make a great addition to a Cobb salad . Homemade Ranch dressing not pictured. #may21familyfoodnight
