So I’ve thought long and hard about this:
When the ballot went out I voted to strike. I’ve been in two minds whether to go through with it, particularly with the disruption it will cause, but I’ve decided to go through with it.

All very well providing more training places as long as they are filled and people wish to join professions knowing the pay is way below inflation once qualified!
