Emma Wools 🌹 has been elected as Welsh Labour’s newest Police and Crime Commissioner.

Thank you to everyone who voted for and campaigned for Labour over the local elections.

I have over 20 years experience within the Criminal Justice System. I am only standing for election because I am truly passionate about this role and I know I can make a real difference – no other reason.

That’s why Labour has a plan to bring back neighbourhood policing, putting 13,000 more neighbourhood police and PCSOs back on the beat.

This will only add to the frustration felt by the community at the Council’s lack of public engagement on Ffos y Fran.

VISIT TO ABERDARE JOB CENTRE

It was good to catch up with the team at Aberdare Job Centre for an update on their progress to help more people into employment, as well as their programme to support the physical and mental wellbeing of those seeking work too.

Great to see the results of three huge investment and improvement to this much needed facility at the best of our community in Merthyr.

FUNDING & ADVICE SURGERY
