It took a while but was worth the wait. Just merged the Flutter engine PR that uses CVDisplayLink on macOS to drive repaint at beautifully smooth 120hz (ProMotion). Should be available in main after next engine roll.

This is an automated benchmark running github.com/flutter/gallery on an iPhone 11. Purple is 99% frame time (ms), grey 90th, pink is average.

We switched this benchmark to use Impeller around March 21st, which caused the ~20ms improvement in 99% frame time. No shader jank!
