Today, the Commission honored our fantastic 911 dispatchers during National Public Safety Telecommunicators week. I couldn’t be more proud of Boone County Joint Communications’s team. Joint Comms has come a long way over the last year. Leaders have emerged throughout the organization. They’re incredible!

Today, we broke ground on the Boone County Sheriff’s Regional Training Center. This is going to be a tremendous public safety asset for Boone County and the state of Missouri!

The Commission will begin a series of public hearings re: the senior property tax freeze this week. Four hearings will be held over the next month. The Commission will not act on a policy until the end of the #moleg session as cleanup legislation is moving thru both chambers.
