Yesterday we celebrated #SwallowAware2024 with our lovely STAH-Dietitians , giving staff and patients across St Andrew's Healthcare the opportunity to sample our #dysphagia meals - there was lots of great feedback, and awareness raising of #IDDSI too! 🍽️🍲

A great opportunity for SLTs and Dietitians to work together on #SwallowAware2024 and #NHweek ! After recently reviewing our dysphagia food provision on site this was an opportunity to gather some staff and patient feedback on the changes. N&H Week St Andrew's Healthcare RCSLT 💙

Thanks to all who attended this! We had such a variety of professions join incl. probation officers, psychiatrists, military welfare officers, PMAV instructors& many more. That in itself really highlights how important communication is in all roles! Lovely feedback received too🥰
