Front side: Athena drives a quadriga as Nike crowns her from above.
Inscribed is the name ΕΧΑΚΕΣΤΙΔΑΣ.

Asklepios, god of healing.
2nd CE Roman copy of a Greek original.
When a plague hit Rome in 293 AD, Roman Senate sent delegates to Epidauros, Greece to obtain a statue of the god, then built a temple dedicated to the god at Tiber island, Rome.
The original temple was destroyed.
