Today in Bungoma County H.E President William Ruto commissioned the Bungoma Immigration Office, which will also serve the counties of Vihiga, Kakamega, Busia, and Trans-Nzoia.

We are decentralizing immigration services, including the issuance of passports, E-Foreign Nationals registration, ETA, work Permits, Interstate Pass, Refugee Travel Documents & Certificates of Identity and Nationality

Ahead of the opening of the Bungoma Immigration Office by H.E. President Ruto,PS for Broadcasting and Telecommunication, Prof. Kisiangani and I hosted the media for a briefing session earlier today. Also covered preparations for Madaraka Day celebrations at Kanduyi Stadium.

Yesterday, while receiving H.E. President William Ruto upon his arrival in Bungoma, where he will be opening the Bungoma Immigration Office.

Received H.E. Mr. Maarten Brouwer, the outgoing Ambassador of the Netherlands to Kenya, during his courtesy visit to my office.

Our discussion focused on the Shirika Plan, an initiative aimed at achieving socio-economic inclusion for refugees and host communities .
