Friends, I'm leaving for two-week stay in a place where I can recover my physical, mental, and spiritual health. I may check in occasionally, but I'll mostly be unplugged, in the silence.

I hope the work I've shared continues to help.

The word for 'mama' in almost every language originates in the very first sounds a child is able to produce, the sounds the lips make when being nourished.

Every time we say it, we're saying I need you. We're saying thank you. We're saying home.
