In the final act of today’s JetBlue fiasco, none of the headaches of the day qualify for compensation. I’ve worked in the customer experience space for 12+ years and this takes the cake of worst brand and CX I’ve ever had.

I wish I had a bigger network to influence so I could tell the world not to fly JetBlue. Boarded around 140, doors closed at 230, it’s 254 and nothing. Nothing has happened. We haven’t moved. There’s been no announcement. NOTHING.
