It's an obvious point, but an important one: it's not just that a full due process trial occurred in which Trump was brought to heel like any other def't; it's also that Trump and allies screamed the trial was a sham, but it went forward w/o a real hitch; and the Republic held.

I had a conversation earlier today with a dude that’s a big proponent of school vouchers. He says it’s HIS tax dollars following HIS kids. He has 7 kids. That would be $70k a yr. I looked his house up. He paid $3,900 pre homestead deductions in prop taxes last year.
