In 2023, the exported amount of Moldovan wine to the countries of the EU was equivalent to the 60.2 million dollars. The TOP 3 destinations include Romania, the Czech Republic and Poland. Thus, the EU is the largest commercial partner of the Republic of Moldova.

#Moldova ’s #EU accession path, the EU assistance & the strategically important energy supply were among the main issues of discussion with PM Dorin Recean before the EU-Moldova Association Council.

Moldova has done good work & encouraged to continue its reform efforts.

This weekend we celebrated #EuropeDay2024 in Bălți. Thousands of citizens, together with their families, gathered to discover the European culture, communicate with the Ambassadors of the EU member states and get to know more about the EU funded projects in the North of Moldova.

Over 600 students and teachers at 'Alexei Mateevici' High School in Șoldănești enjoy improved conditions through an EU-funded energy efficiency project, enhancing learning and work environments.

As from today, new EU rules criminalising the violation of EU sanctions enter into force.

With Putin continuing his illegal aggression against Ukraine, it is paramount that EU sanctions are fully implemented and the violation of those measures is punished.
