The president said that the NHI aims to level the playing field and merge the country’s fractured systems.

#NHIFund The Constitution empowers the President to set different dates for the effectiveness of provisions within the Act. The phased implementation of the provisions in the Act will be undertaken with due consideration of the specific sections of the Act.
