My heart breaks to hear that Chris Fallen, Doctor of Risks had passed away suddenly. We have a history of Chris giving me information all about HAARP via email and my early days on twitter during UAFs resurrection of HAARP back in 2017. I’m going to miss you my friend. Thank you for your knowledge 😢

This kinda hurts to listen to. on 5200 kHz with a noise that sounds most comparable to cell phone interference that would come through speakers. on/off and at different strengths. I think it jumps to another freq but this SDR is too noisy to make it stand out.

An even more rare waveform: snake ramps! Almost like a hybrid of step tones and sweeps. 2750 kHz a nice mix of all 3. Snake ramps I haven't seen documented since 2013!
