Between 2012 and 2020, 2 people were killed by cyclists

Obviously that’s 2 too many

But during the same period 100 cyclists were killed by motorists every single year

Why is the focus on the first rather than the second?

The Green Party has long called for water companies to be brought back under public control.

Water is a fundamental right which should be run for people, not profit.

Dangerous cycling laws sound reasonable, but it is an incredibly strange use of Government time and resource given how rare it’ll need to be used.

Every death is tragic but to put it into perspective, on average each year, more pedestrians are killed by cows than by cyclists.
