you just gotta be a lil stupid.

until very recently, whenever investors/hires would ask me my 10-year vision i would flat out say:

'i have no idea.'

used a raspberry pi to set up our PostHog graph + main kpi on the old crt tv everyone sees when they walk into the office.

But thing is, if I did this shit for money I would have quit years ago lol.

A lot of people are talking about how long-context LLMs are great as an 'ask my life' app where, you deposit your journal entires, photos, even company docs -- and then ask q's.

Moving fast means you look at something you shipped 2-months ago and it feels nostalgic.

I recently gave a lecture at Buildspace for the students in SF2.
