Jesus Christ knows and loves you. He knows your name as you know His. He knows your troubles. He has experienced them. By His Atonement, He has overcome the world.

The message of the gospel of Jesus Christ is that we must expect to become better as long as we live.
How will that transformation happen? Through faithfully following the Savior’s example. Hour by hour, day by day, we must be filled with the love of God and love for others.

Many reading this today feel a pressing need for that blessing of personal revelation from our loving Heavenly Father.

I assure you He hears your prayers. He loves you. He knows your name. He pours out revelation upon all of us through the Holy Ghost as we seek His guidance.

When you act with faith to offer the gospel and peace to those around you, the light that will come to them will be more than your example and more than your words. They will feel the light of the Savior, and it will have drawn them to Him.

The Savior has promised each of us peace in this life. At times, you may long for peace as you face uncertainty and what seem to you to be looming challenges. Because of the Atonement of Jesus Christ, you will feel the peace the Savior promised to leave with you.

A testimony of the Resurrection of Jesus Christ is a source of both hope and determination. He lives, and because of His sacrifice, we will be resurrected and sanctified. Jesus is the risen Christ, our Savior, and our perfect example and guide to eternal life.

Becoming like a little child will change us and qualify us to enjoy the gifts that come through the Holy Ghost. Having the Spirit’s companionship will comfort, guide, and strengthen us.

When the storms in life come, you can be steady because you are standing on the rock of your faith in Jesus Christ. That faith will lead you to daily repentance and consistent covenant keeping, and through the storms of hatred and wickedness, you will feel steady and hopeful.

Jesus Christ has given you the invitation “Come unto me.” He invites you to come to Him for peace in this life and eternal life in the world to come. He knows perfectly the storms you will face in your test as part of the plan of happiness. #GeneralConference

Because of our Savior’s Atonement, we are never alone when trials surface. When times get tough, we can trust Him enough to ask for help, knowing that He has walked the same path we walk now. This trust will give us the confidence that somehow, all will be well.
