This kind of stuff by MPs is actually rather tiresome given we elect them to parliament to use their influence to, erm, presumably get more funding for roads. As opposed to ‘I’m just a local campaigner who bears no responsibility for the government I’m part of’ enshittification

In the final straight of the campaign- lots of support for Sadiq Khan & Cllr Anne Clarke AM esp on free school meals and new social/affordable housing. Its really made a difference in Camden.

This is just a really weird feedback loop of flag dooming. The idea that the union flag is gratuitously distressing to large numbers of people is, ummm, definitely not backed up by any real evidence.

MPs should not invent spurious campaigns for the sake of data harvesting.

The British Somali Community Centre does excellent work in Somers Town and across Camden, and I’m very pleased that Khadija is being recognised here.

I have a lot of personal respect for (((Gio Spinella))) despite vastly differing views on local governance. But there is much needed space for a variety of opinions in local gov & I don’t doubt his sincerity or diligence on behalf of his residents. Will be missed by all in the chamber

The two child benefit cap must be scrapped, social security measures strengthened, and support urgently and appropriately targeted to communities most in need.

To ignore these figures, and the children behind them, is unacceptable.

Great to be with him today as he launches his re-election campaign, pledging 40,000 council homes by 2030.
